ATTENTION! Delivery times may be extended if the e-shop is closed for a long time. If this is the case, we will of course keep you informed on the site, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Without news of your package? Send an e-mail to hi@re-leafshop.com to let us know when we have passed the deadline so that we can quickly make sure your package is not lost.

TRACK THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

After confirming your order and paying online, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number. It will allow you at any time to follow your package.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to duties or VAT. Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties, and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and will not be calculated at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
