Jasmijn Muskens is a design studio based in Rotterdam. Her work spans a range of disciplines, including object and furniture design, as well as fashion design. Her design process begins with her material library, which comprises objects she has collected over time. Growing up, she was surrounded by a wide variety of materials and textures —her grandfather was not only a metalworker but a true jack-of-all-trades, and her mother ran her own children's clothing brand from their garage. This deep knowledge of diverse materials allows her to discover new solutions and unexpected combinations. As a result, she designs objects that become our companions in the daily search for meaning in life.
